What will happen if your credit card expired yet someone try to charge money from it?

Mobile Credit Card Processing
I signed up for a free trial for an online company a year ago then I cancelled my membership. My credit card expired since then but I got an email from them today saying they are "having difficulties processing my credit card". When I called they said they are charging me for membership fee (even though I cancelled my membership already). So what will happen next? The credit card number I gave them a year ago is no longer active, and they don’t have any other information about me either (I used fake address and phone number wen I signed up). Will they be able to go after me?

you could still be charged..there are new agreements that allow companies to keeep on charging if ur card has been expired… because it is linked to ur account and then also ur new card….its best to go to the bank tell them to stop all trade with that card or any card on that account..and get it in writing that they have cancelled all ongoing transactions…

If the card is expired they won’t be able to charge anything. Don’t worry.
