verbal agreement over the phone to be legally binding?

Mobile Credit Card Processing
Do they have to record my voice? Before recording, do they have to ask me?
I went in a verbal agreement contract with a credit card company before, and
they let me know they gonna record my voice and I have to answer to the
automated voice "yes or no."
Without this process, verbal agreement can be legally binding?

In most places verbal agreement are only binding if they can be proven. Recording witness’s and they must also prove it was you on the other end of the phone.

It can but in most instances probably won’t. You can argue you didn’t understand the contractual terms in agreeing over the phone, it’s just a scare tactic they use.

These are managed by a voice response system. All recordings can be readily verified. They’re likely legally binding. You can enter into a contract by using your computer, this is just a phone operated computer system.
Your best bet is to try to talk your way out of it and not end up in a legal situation. I.e. Call customer support and discuss options, complain, threaten to no longer be a customer, etc. You don’t want to go to court with a big Credit Card company. The entire company is set up to win legal battles.
