Visa mobile is a new service just for chase Visa Credit and Debit card holders. Visa is currently testing this on T-mobiles Googe smartphone. You can view your Visa card balance all the time on the phone. You also get offers dlelivered to your phone from several merchants.

I would not be interested in a service like this. Its too big brotherish for me. If you loose your phone someone can pick up your cell phone cand get all of your account information.

Would people really be interested in a service like this?

Here is an article introducing the service.

Hi,

I have a Bank of America Visa card. My credit card statement shows this:

Minimum Payment:.00
Minimum Payment Due Date:05/08/2008
Pay in Full Amount:7.55
Pay in Full Due Date:05/08/2008

Both the min payment and full amount are due on the same date. So does that mean I’m required to make the full payment to keep my credit score up?

Also, since this is Bank of America, I can just transfer money from my Bank of America checking account straight into the credit card to pay my bills right? I don’t have to look up each individual merchant and pay them right?

account free. Teach me how to set up and operate a Master Card, Visa Card, Pay Pal, etc since most websites do not accept Money Orders, Postal Orders or even Cash. Thank you.

I *KNOW* that I can only use 1 shopsafe number with 1 merchant, but my question is…
If I do not have a paypal account, but purchase things in ebay (and they automatically have me using paypal), can I purchase multiple items from different "stores" using the same shopsafe number from my Bank of America VISA card? (paypal being the 1 "merchant")
If it all goes through paypal by default, wouldn’t paypal be considered 1 merchant even though there are multiple "stores" I am buying from in seperate purchases on seperate days?
all of this from just-only 1 shopsafe number!

I usually go to different places…merchants etc.

When doing transactions with my visa card they ask me to give them the card..but at times you never know what kind of people you’re dealing with so if for any reason they note down your credit card account number along with all the info like….expiry date and all.. what kind of measure should I take…even if apparently there are not transactions done on my statement…it’s just the thought of knowing that someone may have wrote it down and what not.

can someone give me some advice as to how I should deal with such parties…(though you never know the good from the bad)
