PayPal Question: I Don’t want my customers to have to sign up for PayPal?
HELP.

I have a Business account with PayPal and we are wanting to start selling online. I created a Buy Now website and when we tested it I notic that there is NO Way for customers to simply enter credit card info WITHOUT having to sign up for PayPal acct.

This is BS, and I want to know what I need to buy / add-on in order to make this more professional.

The issue is that it irritates some potential customers. This leads to missed sales. There is no greater sin in all Creation than missed sales.

What PayPal settings do we use to change this?
What PayPal services must I pa for to remove it?
Speak, oh WISE Yahoolians.

I challenge thee!

I’m a Kuwaiti citizen working and living in Kuwait. We don’t have taxes in Kuwait.

I’m a programmer in my spare time and I want to sell desktop applications on my website, iPhone applications in the iTunes App Store, and subscriptions to web services.

As a Kuwaiti person, I can’t even get a paypal business account, let alone a business bank account and merchant services.

So my plan is to form an LLC in Delaware to benefit from the merchant services available to US entities.

According to my research and reading:
1) a single owner LLC in Delaware is treated like a sole proprietor
2) a nonresident alien doesn’t have to pay a self-employment tax
3) there are no sales taxes in Delaware

So my question is, what taxes DO I have to pay and under which categories do they fall?

Thank you.
Sorry for being redundant, but I want to stress that my question is:

In the situation that I’ve described, what taxes do I have to pay?

Hello, is there a way to eliminate buyers from using credit cards on your paypal account when they send you money?

I wish to set up a 3rd party merchant account in it’s place to accept cc’s, and only accept paypal if it’s nonCC payment types to avoid chargeback situations. It’s proven Paypal won’t fight or investigate claims for their customers, and chargebacks could be costly. This is all about min. fraud risks.

So, is there a feature to disable the use of credit cards being used on paypal for a business account? If so, where can I find this?

Thanks

Hello im starting a business and currently building my website.I used to sell on eBay and used PayPal as a payment method. Now that im all grown up I will build my website and use a merchant to process payments.Anyways I currently deposit my PayPal balance to my Personal Account but since Im planning on making much more money I will need a Business Account (to make everything legit).I was looking on BOA.com and saw that I need SSN (no problem) and a Business License.Do you really need a Business License for a Website? Where do I go to get one? A local license or a state license or what? Any advice or recommendations will be highly appreciated! Thanx!

I have used ProPay and am looking for an alternative. I liked that they did not require me to have a business account to set it up. However I can no longer use them due to the increase in their security measures to protect themselves so they no longer allow my type of business (financial services) to be processed through their site. I loved them…anyone know any alternatives? My customers give me their credit card info over the phone and don’t always have email access.

People have always come to me to help get them tickets to shows etc, because I know some people in the industry. So recently I decided to make it my own little business. I only take cash so far because it’s easier and I don’t have a merchant or a business account. I’ve only made a few grand so far so I don’t know if a business bank account will even be necessary. Someone recently told me that they want to use my services and that they don’t care how much it might cost because they can write it off as a company expense. I said sure, but don’t they need to put it on a credit card or something for that? How can I help this guy put my services as a company expense/write off? What does he need to do?

I made my site using Yahoo site builder. Yesterday i signed to Yahoo small business and made all the payments using my credit card. After one hour they sent me the confirmation mail regarding that i can upload my pages to my site and redy to publish.

In Yahoo stie builder, I clicked Publish- I put yahoo small business account. after i signed in— it says in need to sign in either yahoo marchent account or yahoo small business account.

I am confused what i should do.

When i made payment, i used my yahoo free mail that i’ve been using over years. Now that same id i am using for merchant account also still its not working

I closed my business, however, I left the business account open just in case I wanted to restart later. I told the merchant company to close my account and they did not and accessed my checking 2 times and caused overdraft fees. Anyone know my rights. An Inc. business is suppose to be treated seperately from an individual. The company had its own EIN and it was listed under the company name NOT mine. However, I was an officer on the account..
