Recommendation for a company that processes credit card donations?

I’m looking for recommendations for a company (like pay-pal) that I can use to process credit card transactions online and by telephone when we take donations or sell merchandise. I’ve had several people complain about pay-pal and they don’t seem to let you process credit cards for donation by phone. Any ideas?

Watch your local PBS station pledge drive. They accept phone donations. Contact Costco merchant services.
