Paypal Phone Out Service?

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone please help me about yahoo phone out service i have funds that covers up to 0 in my paypal account but my question is that if i added paypal as my payment option for the phone out service would my credit card be charged for the service or the funds will be billed to my paypal account i do not understand the process how yahoo charge the funds but i suggest since i have funds in my paypal account i shouldn’t be charged on my credit card.

one thing about pay pal;
they are so slow in pay there self’s
cause more trouble over that.
i paid them three times an lots of phone calls
before the got there money from , account
sent past due notes to me..i was hot..
