If you have a PayPal business account you should have a feature called Virtual Terminal. This is just like having a credit card machine without the swipe feature. You enter your customer's card, billing and shipping information and hit submit. You can also send them an invoice from the request money tab. This way they never give credit card information out over the phone. I have a online store as well and run into both situations all the time. Most of my customers like the Virtual Terminal feature the best. Using the Request Money feature also allows them to pay by e-check. Good luck I hope this helps.

No you cannot do that as PayPal would have to verify the bank accounts for the new account you set up. If you used your own bank accounts to set up a second account, you will not be able to use the customers CC data it will be rejected.
