Remember the seller want you to buy an ATM.  They could try any thing so you will bye it.

The best place to check.  Is where you get your alcohol licenses from.

There is nothing wrong with a bar using a point of sale terminal that take both credit and debit cards.   The debit part can allow cash back.  The Credit part will not at this time.</description>
