First, you say "it only had $7.94 on it". Sounds like it's not a credit card, but an ATM / debit card? Second, you didn't say how you know "someone else...took it". How do you know that? Chances are the ATM has confiscated the card because your account is overdrawn. If you do know someone else took it, tell the bank. Your question is not clear.
