And for all immigration processes and instructions on how to file a form, always go the official website of the USCIS, which is www.uscis.gov (note the gov at the end of the website address). The instructions are fairly straightforward to follow without the lawyer's or any agency's help. You do not need to pay steep fees, the immigration application fees are high enough so save yourself the trouble and money by reading resources to be found in www.uscis.gov.
