Were they able to do the chargeback without returning the book? I am glad you switched to someone that doesn't allow chargebacks. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. If you had been perfectly successful in the beginning, you would have had a chargeback on a $10,000 order. That is what i worry about. I opened my business in 2001.
