		<description>Funny thing about that kind of job is that your supervisor or anyone at the company...even another employee or an employee who quit could log on with your ID.  Once I answered phones so I know how it can be.  I think you should not make deals with the police, they are the enemy, but you will have to get a lawyer and NOT the public defender, they are over worked and will cut a deal with the prosecutors office that will get your case moved through quickly, which means you will be going to jail and going for a longer time.

It may cost more in the end but you need a private attorney.  Some have payment plans or will allow someone to put up a second mortgage on a home.  Also ask them if you can sue the State Government for bringing charges if you are later found innocent, because of the financial burden and emotional distress.</description>
