You should always stay in contact with your mortgage company. It's either near or at the point of foreclosure by now.
I don't mean to discourage you, but your credit rating has taken a huge hit with being multiple months late on your mortgage. It would be impossible to qualify for $15K in new credit unless you get a really good co-signer. Regardless of how rosy your current job/earning prospect might be at the moment, creditors aren't going to care about this.. Can't you find a job with an established firm without having to get into debt to start your own company?

congratulations on your new job..cibc will clean you right out.go to an independant lender.you must not be a flight risk to qualify.the interest (juice)is high and is paid weekly usually.you will definitely repay this type of loan.
