No big deal , they are giving you a service so live with it. as far as time.......instant. YOU GET ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS RIGHT AWAY EVEN IF ITS A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. Ask for a withdrawal and paypal will send funds to your checking account and it takes about 3 days. That service is free. buyer feels safe , seller feels safe , and everyones protected. So why shouldnt they charge a fee ? heck its less than what you would leave as a tip right ? my girlfriend says i should tip 15% but i feel better with 10%. so paypal charges 2.9% , big deal.
