how do i put in a new paper roll into credit card machine?

once you place the roll in the back of the machine there is a feed button on the back of the machine. Make sure the shiny side of the paper is the side that prints on. Feel free to call

there should be instructions included
or an 800 number you can call and they will walk you through it step-by-step.
If not, look up the website of the company that makes it - they should have something online.
