How do I integrate my Amazon Merchant account with Paypal and Quickbooks?

I want to set my Amazon orders to automatically make invoices in Quickbooks and fill out shipping labels in Paypal. The cheaper the better, but free is best.

Sorry, not doable. There is a Quickbooks merchant account that will integrate with Quickbooks and some 3rd party apps that do some of what you want but you’re asking for 3 very different systems to play nice with each other and they won’t. You might want to look at Webgility here; http://www.webgility.com/

You may find that purchasing additional software is not necessary.
Amazon will recap the orders for QuickBooks.
