You cannot stop payment on a credit card purchase after you have authorized it. You're going to have to wait for the delivery of the product, send it back and hope that your account is credited. Keep records of everything (send it back return receipt requested and keep the receipt). If your account isn't credited, you can file a dispute with your credit card company after the fact. Having the receipt to prove that you returned the merchandise will help. However, if this is a fly by night company, they may have something buried in their terms of service that says "no returns, no refunds". Depending, you may have to chalk this up to a lesson learned the hard way.

This doesn't apply in your case but you can cancel an order before you receive it if is not received by the they time the seller gave you. I would give them a week in case of mailing delays. After that I write the seller notification them I was canceling my order and telling them why. would also send all the documentation I can find to show they violated the agreement. I would send it registered mail so I know they have received it. I recently ordered several books for my daughter that I was to receive in 3-5 days. To make a long story short after a month of my complaints they sent me an email saying they were canceling my order and removing the charge from my credit card amd they did In your case I would send the product back to the seller with a letter explaining why, I would send a copy to the credit card company, both registered. When the second product comes do the same things.
