good enough to run as a personal server for minecraft?

I plan on about 10 MAX players over lan, would this computer be good enough?

I don’t wish to spend a whole lot of money on a pc. My parents have a credit card through bestbuy so pretty much it’s bestbuy is where I’m going. The most that can be spent is 0, but the less amount the better. If you have any other suggestions please let me know. (In store only) and needs to be available in reynoldsburg, or lancaster Ohio. Easy 10 points if you are welling to help me.

I will do my own OS install, so software stuff isn’t a thing. Thanks for the help!
