This is Visa Virtual Account to make purchases where Visa is accepted online. Your Visa Card can be used to make purchases at retail merchant locations where Visa is accepted or to withdraw funds at millions of ATM locations worldwide. does anybody know ePassporte….can we trust them?

Best way to ever find out of a business is on the up and up or not is to go to: http://www.bbb.com
Better Business Bureau. If you don’t see anything when you look up their name, chances are they’re legit.
If you see people complaining left and right, you’ll have your answer too.
