Your credit card processing provider is the source for your info.

You need to contact the company that sends you the monthly merchant statements.

Most companies will provide this info as a premium feature.

Simply look on your monthly statement for a Customer Service phone number or web address.

Some processors have online statements available. You will need to contact your current processor and ask them if this is available or find a new merchant service provider that has this ability. The processor that our company uses just launched a new internet portal for merchants that gives you details on all of your transactions....it even tells you why a transaction may have downgraded (if it was hand keyed, a rewards card, a corporate card, a foreign card, etc.).

If you do try a new merchant service company, make sure that you can try them out at no risk to you...in other words, don't sign a long term contract.
