i ordered a phone and plan last night and i got this e-mail.
"Thank you for ordering! Our sales team is
processing your order, and will contact you soon to confirm completion."
then i got a order number along with it.
im only 15 and i put in my b-day and social security number in so they know im 15 but in the fine print it said you have to be 18 or older to order. my mom said i could use her credit card and pay her back every month so then i entered her credit card number and her name.
do you think they canceled the order because of my age or do i have to wait longer? thanks!

I’m not an employee, but I can tell you what you can do to so you don’t have to worry about it.
Since they haven’t contacted you to confirm your order and you have a order number. Go ahead and call At&t. Ask for a customer representative and tell them you want know the status of your order that you made online. They will ask for the order number. Then they should be able to tell you the status of the order whether it’s still processing or shipping.

The order will not go through. A minor cannot enter into a contract and your social security number cannot pass a credit check. Additionally, the credit card was not in your name.
If you want a cell phone contract, it will have to be in your mother’s name.
