Mobile Credit Card Processing
Me and my wife are in the process of a divorce right now but we are still legally married. I started talking to her over the phone about the divorce and she freaked out, came to where i currently live and took my car stereo face plate and my credit card. And here is my question. Since i have a girlfriend already, Can the situation flip around with the cops for cheating? we have been separated for a year but can i get in trouble for cheating?

Assuming your are in the US, cheating may be against God’s law, but it’s not against any US law. You can file a police report against her, but make sure you haven’t done something illegal that she can report you for. A woman scorned. . . .

It’s not illegal to cheat.
But everything you own is half hers, so she isn’t stealing either.

The law does not punish cheaters.

No you can’t get in trouble for cheating. Infidelity no longer holds up in court for divorce proceedings and is definitely not illegal.

No matter how long you are separated, if you are not divorced, you are still considered to be married.
As for you; you’ve been separated for a year, you are seeing someone else, why have you not done your paper work?
File for divorce, filing in itself gives you both some legal guidelines.

One lady won $9 million in court after her husband cheated on her.

"Cheating" is not a crime despite what some of these know-nothings say. Also the property in a marriage is joint property so she can’t be stealing from herself.

No, unfortunately cheating is not against the law.
You said she came to "where you currently live". That is not her home then. She stole, if it was your credit card. How did she get in? If she broke in , Call the police.
