Best would be a debit card from any branch of that bank which should normally have no fee (minor fee if from a different bank name).

I doubt if balance transfer teaser rates would apply to ATM credit card withdrawls.

I usually do not even assign or do not know the PIN for my credit cards because I do not want to make that mistake (one of my credit cards looks just like my debit card).</description>
