BAD CREDIT HISTORY IN CANADA?

i went to canada as a student and had couple of credit cards on my name,phone contract etc now i had to come to india after finishing my course
i understand that i have a bad credit now will i be reported as fraud
i have my permanent application in process is this going to effect my application

It potentially might …. I am unsure of Canadian Immigration law and procedures, but the application information that you should of READ and REVIEWED would of OUTLINED the entire process and if a credit check would be involved. I know that they do credit checks for some Government Jobs, like most countries, because they do not want degenerates working for them.
… and good luck starting a life in a country where you not only have limited credit, but poor credit …

If the creditors take you to court then you may have criminal record. Check your credit report in Canada at:
